Covered veranda with furniture, leading to large lawn area and unfenced lake 15 yards from property. Trout fishing at lake open to the public 7am -5pm (10% reduction for guests). Sorry, no pets and no smoking/vaping allowed. Pub within 4 miles and shop within 3. Note: This property is situated in a valley, there is no mobile reception.
